Softshell Fabric Technology

Harken's softshell fabric technology brings together fleece insulation and a highly water resistant/breathable shell to create a high performance, low bulk technical garment. 

The abrasion resistant outer shell is bonded to a micro-perforated membrane that blocks wind and water but allows moisture moleculesto pass freely to the outside, keeping you dry on the inside. 

On the outside we apply a Durable Water Repellant (DWR) finish to shed rain and seaspray. 

The inner fleece layer regulates core body temperature by wicking moisture and providing insulation. 

Worn as a protective outer layer or as a mid layer, Harken's softshell offers enhanced breathability, abrasion resistance and high stretch to keep you comfortable in any environment.
